Dinova accompanied the Menarini Group on its Digital Innovation journey, which saw the implementation of Google Workspace, a solution that enabled the following:

Creating a multilingual portal to support global teams with tutorials and FAQs

3 The challenge

Dinova supported the group in its migration to Google Cloud, implementing the Google Workspace platform and addressing the resulting operational and organizational changes that affected the company globally . This project, completed in just six months , transformed the way the organization works.

Now, group workers can collaborate in real time and with ease. Workspace tools allow them to work as a team on the same documents, organize remote meetings with Meet and Chat, and share their work calendar with colleagues in operating branches around the world. With this in mind, the company has also created a multilingual portal to provide support to people in offices around the world, through digital user manuals, video tutorials, and FAQ pages.

This implementation not only improved work efficiency, but also had a ipositive impact on people's well-being, strengthening the sense of belonging to the company, thanks to a more connected and inclusive work environment.
