ChatGPT ha detto: Dinova supported Club del Sole in its digital innovation journey, laying the foundation for a cultural transformation capable of redefining the company’s business model. The internal structure was redesigned with the creation of a dedicated digital team for online communication, essential for managing new offerings and positioning the company as a benchmark in the industry.

To support these initiatives, Google Workspace was integrated into the digital ecosystem of the villages, improving internal management and providing customers with advanced tools for remote work and collaboration. This innovation made it possible to transform the accommodation facilities into smart working villages, expanding the offering and effectively responding to new market needs.

The results were significant: 2,000 bookings from smart workers with an average stay of over three weeks, a rise in attendance with extended stays (+4.5%), and fully booked periods during peak seasons. Francesco Giondi, CEO of Club del Sole, emphasized how these initiatives have opened up new development opportunities for the company, becoming an integral part of its future strategy.

Compared to the previous year, we recorded a 4.5% increase in guests staying for more than 15 days. In August, we were fully booked.
