The internal structure was redesigned with the creation of a dedicated digital team for online communication, essential for managing new offerings and positioning the company as a benchmark in the industry.
To support these initiatives, Google Workspace was integrated into the digital ecosystem of the villages, improving internal management and providing customers with advanced tools for remote work and collaboration. This innovation made it possible to transform the accommodation facilities into smart working villages, expanding the offering and effectively responding to new market needs.
The results were significant: 2,000 bookings from smart workers with an average stay of over three weeks, a rise in attendance with extended stays (+4.5%), and fully booked periods during peak seasons.
