One of the needs of the Amadori Group was to improve collaboration and ensure operational continuity throughout the entire supply chain, even in unforeseen circumstances.

To do this, a flexible and innovative solution was needed that would allow teams from any department and size to stay connected and collaborate in a simple and intuitive way.

4 Solution by Dinova

The Amadori Group, together with Dinova and Google Cloud, has implemented an important digital innovation project to improve collaboration and, consequently, supply chain management.

At the heart of the project, the Google Workspace platform helped improve business processes, making communication between teams and colleagues simpler and more intuitive.

Today, over 1500 people at Amadori use Google Workspace to collaborate smoothly through Meet and Chat, plan their days via Google Calendar, create shared documents, and store files. The effectiveness of this situation has been evident. Amadori was indeed one of the most virtuous companies in managing the pandemic: the Google Workspace tools proved effective in allowing teams to stay connected remotely. Meet and Chat enabled teams to communicate and collaborate in a simple, fast, and efficient way. Through Meet, in particular, internal meetings and events were organized that involved more people than initially planned for in-person events.

Today, Google Workspace continues to enable people to collaborate effectively, perfectly integrating office work, smart working, and mobility into the new hybrid work environment.
