City of Bologna is responsible for a wide range of functions, including administrative and financial organization, management of public services, buildings, public order and security, as well as urban planning, management of schools, cultural heritage, and waste disposal.

To address the complex operations related to these activities more efficiently and quickly, the City of Bologna has chosen to collaborate with Dinova to modernize the IT infrastructure and digitize work processes, ensuring simpler and more functional management.

4 Solution by Dinova

To meet the needs of the City of Bologna, Dinova led the migration of over 4,000 administrative employees to Google Workspace, transforming the way they work and collaborate. This platform has improved productivity and ensured more timely responses to citizens.

Grazie agli strumenti di Workspace, come Calendar e Chat, i dipendenti possono ora pianificare e condividere agende e organizzare meeting da remoto, riducendo i costi di trasferta e semplificando le comunicazioni interne. L’uso di Chat ha inoltre ridotto la necessità di lunghe catene di email, migliorando l’efficienza e la rapidità delle interazioni.

With Drive, City of Bologna solved the problems associated with managing paperdocuments by archiving files in the cloud with maximum security. This reduced the time and costs associated with IT resource management, eliminating the need for manual backups.
