The People team will carefully evaluate your profile and make a first round selection of candidates.

First interview

If your profile matches our requirements, the People team will contact you to arrange an initial introductory interview. Make sure to highlight not only your skills but also your personal traits and ambitions. At the same time, you’ll have the chance to learn more about Dinova and the position, to understand if we’re what you’re looking for.

Second interview

If the first step is successful, we will arrange a second meeting to delve into the technical and operational aspects of the role.

Proposal

At the end of the process, we will evaluate the candidates we met and, if you are the right person for the role, we will contact you to share our offer and answer any questions.

Onboarding

We will provide you with all the information you need for your onboarding at Dinova. On your first day, you’ll receive your Welcome Kit and everything you need to start your journey in the best way!
