Dinova ha supportato il Gruppo Pellegrini nell’adozione di CARL Source Facility, una soluzione CMMS che ha permesso di ottenere:

3 The challenge

Since 2016, the Pellegrini Group has embarked on a digital evolution journey with Dinova, implementing CARL Source Facility to control, organize, and optimize the management of some of the cleaning division's main orders and certain organizational processes (vehicle fleet, equipment management, etc.).

The system is currently in continuous use by over 600 users (internal, partners, and customers). Its primary application is the management of services for large healthcare projects, spanning more than 80 facilities across Italy.

The CMMS system currently manages:

  • management of specific sets of controls (system, process and result);
  • customized dashboards for managing alerts and indicators useful for each role in its specific context;
